Typing Pal Online is a web-based typing application that provides appropriate instruction for students from 6 to 16, at school AND at home. Its pedagogical approach is not limited to speed only: technique and accuracy are equally important. With this invaluable tool, time and resources (e.g. file sharing) are optimised as teachers, collaboratively or with students, can integrate the curriculum through keyboarding. Moreover, teachers are able to set global class or individual student goals or have students self-regulate; i.e., set and modify personal goals based on child-friendly, detailed reports provided after each exercise.
