Idiom Track helps to identify English idioms and their meanings. The CD-ROM consists of a selection of 60 idioms, graphically illustrated to demonstrate their actual and literal meanings.

The program is appropriate for learners aged 9+ as well as those who may have difficulties associated with autistic spectrum disorders, dyslexia, or semantic/pragmatic disorders. It is also well suited to those learning English as a second language.

The idioms are grouped into various categories which include animals, food and drink, colour and parts of the body.

Idiom Track features a range of fun activities to further reinforce the meaning of idioms. These activities gradually build the users' understanding, as well as their confidence and use of social language in a fun and interesting way.
